Payment Information

Insurance

We do accept most commercial insurances and are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, UHC, Aetna and Medicare.

Cash Payment

For those whose insurance is out of network, we offer a cash rate of $150 for new evaluations and $125 for follow up visits. Sessions are 45 minutes to1 hour long depending on patients needs.
